Flowers For Algernon - Charlie's Regression G Block
Charlie Gordon participates in a scientific experiment that temporarily triples his I.Q. By the end of the story he has reverted back to his original intelligence level. Does Charlie seem to be the exact same at the end of the story as he was at the beginning? Justify your response with evidence from the text.

In some ways, Charlie does seem the same in the end.But he isn't exactly the same. He remembers being smart at one point, but no matter what he does or how hard he tries, he can't go back to the amazing smartness he once posessed. If he was exactly the same as he was before, he would have absolutely no recollection of being smart or anything that has happened in the past several months.
Ms.Kill Is awesome but she yells at me a lot :(
ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
Charlie is not the same as the bigining of the story . He has some knowlage left so now he knows what people actually think and say about him . Before he didn't know what they were saying at all .
Good job junior
I agree with freddy
first of all tomas read my comment after juniors at the top
charlie only has freinds because they feel bad for him that he was once smart but is now down below their intelligence
i see dead people
I agree Tomas and if i was in his spot , i would feel very sad...Not trying to be rude but they should put him somewhere were there are more people like him and he would feel better
whoever is posting all the stuff with anonymous authors imma slap u silly this should be last anonymous commer ever!!!!!
That's a good point tomas
Im being a kiss up?! Wth, at least im not making comments about a teacher being annoying, learn some respect or dont talk at all, cause im sure you dont have the guts to say it to my face
this book was kinda intresting well it wasnt really a book
im a little confused on how charlie converted back to his level of intellagence
PICKLESS !!
I see you Daniel.
I also think that Charlie's awarness has gotten a lot better but now he thinks everyone makes fun of him now.
lets play the quiet game who ever talks loses... and YOU LOST
TIME TO GO
Charlie is now simple minded, and he now wants to leave New York forever. He never wants Mrs Kinnian to feel bad for him again and he now wants to start a new life somewhere else.
All These Not Needed Comments Are Not Needed .

Charlie is the same because he always wanted to be smart since the beginning to the end of the story. One evidence is in p.g 269"...I tryed the hardist and I reely wantid to lern" Another evidence is in p.g 292"Ill practise hard and maybe i wont forget every thing I lerned" As you can see charlie really wants to be smart. In conclusion charlie is the same in the beginning and end of the story.
